DELIVERY
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Orders will be sent out within 2 working days.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our standard UK shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd Class which is typically 2-3 working days delivery time after dispatch. For urgent orders, please upgrade your delivery at checkout.
Standard International Delivery times are: Europe 3-5 working days from dispatch / Rest of the world 5-7 working days from dispatch. However, there may be some delays in worldwide shipping services.
TAX & DUTIES:
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Pure & Dimple is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. Pure & Dimple has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
SENDING A GIFT?
All items arrive completely giftable. We hand wrap each item in tissue paper and larger items (blankets, towels, plates) are boxed. If you would like us to send anything directly to another recipient, let us know and we will include a gift card with message directly from you, and ensure there are no visible prices.

RETURNS
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at info@pureanddimple.com for returns instructions, within 14 days of purchase.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted.
When returning any items we recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods. If you need to cancel your order please email us and if your order hasn't been sent yet we can give you a full refund.
PACKAGING
We don't do plastic! In line with Pure & DImple's ethos, we try to ensure our packaging is as eco-friendly as possible. Each item is hand-checked before being carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and delivered in paper mailers or boxes. All our material is either recyclable or biodegradable.
CARRIERS
We use a combination of Royal Mail and Couriers to deliver your order.
Local collection is available from Walthamstow, East London. If you select this option we will contact you after your order has been placed to arrange a collection time.
